Writing in The Herald, SBUK Advisory Council member Guy Stenhouse explores the First Minister’s statement, “It is for the people of Scotland and no-one else to decide the constitutional future of Scotland,” replacing the word “Scotland” with the word “Dumfries”, outlining scenarios in which this concept could be applied and the adverse effect it could have on jobs, businesses and the economy.
